Studio Policies

Our artists are held to a high standard, and every class is treated equally with the same expectations.

All artists should be supportive of everyone's journey. Everyone learns at a different pace.

We should not compete with each other, we should strive to be better than we were the last week.

Professionalism

Artists should try to hold themselves to a professional standard whenever possible.

This includes dress code, attitude, and performance quality.

Guardian Observation and Participation

Parents should stay in the hallway and observe students through the viewing windows. This will allow the artists to

stay focused and get the most out of the classes. (With the exception of the 2y and under classes)

Drop In Option

All classes have the option to be a drop in, except for the performance based classes*. If artists choose to do drop in instead of committing to the year, they will not be able to participate in performances or recitals.

(*Write a Musical, Modern Art Dance Company Rehearsal)

Age Ranges

The age ranges on the class schedule are a suggestion, not a requirement.

What does "Audition/Approval" Mean?
Audition or Approval means that the artist needs to be approved before signing up for the class through the owner.

This means that the class either has a strength requirement, or it involves more performance opportunities for the artist.

What does "Teen/Adult" mean?

Our classes that are labeled as "Teen/Adult" implies that anyone 12 - any age adult are welcomed and encouraged to join.

We believe that the arts for everyone, no specific age or body. Any body is a dancers body.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are a great way to get 1-1 time with the instructor. Individual attention can help an artist to accelerate their progress. Private lessons can be scheduled whenever the student and instructor or both available, and can be whatever style or focus the student wants.
